What our residents think

Pelham Waterside was a finalist for the Best Urban Development (outside London) award at the Inside Housing Development Awards, just missing out on the top prize.

The ceremony was held at the InterContinental Hotel in London on Thursday 4 November and brought together a collection of outstanding developers from across the UK. 

Nottingham Post recognised our achievements and went to talk to some of our residents to see what it was like to live in one of the country's best urban developments in Nottinghamshire.
