Pelham Homes are finalists in national development awards.

Pelham Homes were finalists for the Best Urban Development (outside London) award at the Inside Housing Development Awards for their Pelham Waterside development in Nottingham, just missing out on the top prize.

The ceremony was held at the InterContinental Hotel in London on Thursday 4 November and brought together a collection of outstanding developers from across the UK. 

The Pelham Waterside residential housing development, situated in Nottingham’s Waterside Regeneration Area, was designed to embrace sustainability, community and nature by CPMG architects. The 73 home new build scheme was the largest residential development by Pelham Homes in over 10 years.
