Construction is progressing well on phase two of Pelham Waterside, a residential development nestled on the banks of the River Trent in Nottingham. This second stage will introduce 12 wharf-style townhouses and 22 contemporary apartments. They’ll be ready to be moved into from late Summer to early 2025.
