Pelham Waterside shortlisted for national award

A brand-new residential housing development close to Nottingham’s River Trent has been shortlisted in the ‘Best Urban Development Outside London’ category in the Inside Housing Development Awards 2021. 

Situated in Nottingham’s emerging Waterside Regeneration Area, the 73 home new build scheme, Pelham Waterside, is the largest outright sale, residential development by Pelham Homes in over a decade. This month it was named by specialist publication, Inside Housing, in the shortlist amongst some of the UK’s top new build schemes from over 300 entries.
