Steve Milan of architects CPMG, said: “We’re delighted to have received planning for the second phase of Pelham Waterside. Our design ethos is ‘people, purpose, place’, and these three principles have driven our designs from every angle.”
Sustainability is a key element of the scheme, which incorporates thermally-efficient building fabric and low-energy fittings throughout. A combination of good quality brickwork and timber cladding will provide a natural feel to the buildings, which also feature roof terraces, generously-sized windows and Juliet balconies, to allow good levels of natural daylight and ventilation throughout.
The 73 homes of phase 1 are already nearing completion, with the first resident moving in during October 2020. For more information about Pelham Waterside, please contact FHP Living.
